We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging. The buyer is strictly responsible for all return postage and courier costs. We do not process direct exchanges; you must return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. For large items (such as vanity units, frames, and ceramics) shipped via pallet, delivery is strictly to the kerbside. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the items to be moved safely inside the property.
