RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any items that show signs of attempted installation or missing components will be rejected.

Return Address & Authorization

FlowForm Bathrooms is headquartered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. However, our dispatch and return facilities are located off-site. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our registered London office without prior authorization. To initiate a return, you must email support@flowformbathrooms.co.uk to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the direct shipping address for our nearest UK inspection facility.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is strictly responsible for all return postage and courier costs. Due to the size and weight of bathroom fixtures, we highly recommend using a tracked and insured freight service, as FlowForm Bathrooms is not liable for items damaged in transit during a return.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different size, finish, or product, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy for a refund and place a new, separate order.

INITIATING A RETURN

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact our support team to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return address details for our dispatch center.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to returned items and will be deducted from your total refund amount. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days on successful return of the item (depending on bank processing times).

Please note FINAL SALE items are excluded from the returns policy and are not accepted.
