ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

SHIPPING RATES AND TRANSIT TIMES We offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders, regardless of size or weight. Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days following dispatch. Delivery Method: Items are dispatched via standard parcel couriers or specialized pallet freight networks, depending on the dimensions and weight of the bathroom fixtures ordered.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS For large items (such as vanity units and ceramics) shipped via pallet, delivery is strictly to the kerbside. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the items to be moved inside the property.
