We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different variation, you must return the original item for a refund in accordance with our returns policy and place a new, separate order for the correct item.

As an independent design house offering free outbound delivery, the buyer is strictly responsible for all return postage and freight costs. For large or heavy items, we highly recommend using a tracked and insured freight service.
How much does delivery cost?

How will my large items be delivered?
Large fixtures, including vanity units, frames, and ceramics, are delivered via a specialized pallet freight network. Please note that this is a strict kerbside delivery service. The driver will lower the pallet to the kerb, and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the items to be moved safely inside the property.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on the courier network. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
