The FlowForm Promise: 100% Waterproof Construction - 5-Year Coverage:

Our core "VL" and "IS" ranges of vanity units feature 100% waterproof construction, both internally and externally. Crafted from high-quality PVC and lacquered to perfection, they are specifically engineered to withstand the most challenging bathroom environments, including wetrooms.

Therefore, these specified waterproof vanity units are covered by a comprehensive 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials, specifically relating to the integrity of the waterproof construction and structural integrity under normal domestic bathroom use. This includes protection against swelling, warping, or delamination directly caused by water ingress.

What is Covered:

Material failure (such as swelling, delamination, or structural warping) directly caused by water ingress due to a manufacturing defect in the waterproof components, under normal domestic bathroom conditions.

Faulty workmanship related to the assembly of the core waterproof structure.

Defects in the soft-close mechanism or thin-edge ceramic basin (these components also benefit from this warranty for their specific functionality within the unit).

What is Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, chips, or accidental damage (e.g., impact damage) occurring after delivery.

Damage caused by improper installation (failure to follow fitting instructions).

Damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaners, solvents, or inappropriate cleaning methods.

Damage caused by excessive heat or direct exposure to UV light.

Damage occurring during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery as per our Shipping Policy).

Products not explicitly described as having 100% waterproof construction by FlowForm Bathrooms.

Making a Claim:

In the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@flowformbathrooms.co.uk within the warranty period. Please provide:

Your original order number or proof of purchase.

A clear description of the issue.

Photographic evidence of the defect.

We will assess your claim based on the terms outlined above. Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and the long-term enjoyment of your FlowForm Bathrooms vanity.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to products used in a standard domestic setting within the UK.
